Story Submission: Terms and Conditions

  1. You agree to let us use the story and/or image you have provided at no cost for use as part of the Spirit of the Highlands and Islands (SOTHI) projects, including the redevelopment of Inverness Castle.

  2. The story and/or images you give us may be made available publicly in digital or other format and the content may be adapted to fit the style and content of the SOTHI projects.

  3. We are under no obligation to use your story/image for any of these purposes.

  4. You agree that we may contact you again to obtain further permissions, or to ask for clarification of the story/image submitted.

  5. If you are under-16 at the time of submission you have the agreement of a parent/guardian to submit the material.
