Colonsay has been a favourite holiday destination with our family since 1985. It's a magical, relaxing island with so many happy memories. Bird life is fantastic, beautiful wild flowers in abundance. Many great walks with beautiful beaches. The walk to Ardskenish is my favourite. Friendly islanders, a great pub, shop, Colonsay Gin and The Pantry and often fantastic weather. Our first holiday it rained nearly every day but thankfully we weren't deterred!

We just love it because we know a lot of the people now. The views are fantastic, the walks are fantastic. So, my journey stone is my favourite walk to one of my favourite beaches...it's just fabulous, I just love it. Jenny
